How are Salt & Rose Cosmetics made?

We work tirelessly to provide you with premium products that contain mostly naturally derived ingredients. Salt & Rose Cosmetics products do not contain animal products and are not tested on animals. 

All of our products have been carefully formulated, thoroughly tested, and made to comply with worldwide regulations on quality and safety.

Are your products suitable for people with sensitive skin?

A majority of Salt & Rose’s products are made in Germany and the EU so that we can ensure every detail is just right and that all skin types can benefit from our offerings.

What payment options are available? Is buy now, pay later available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Post Finance, Klarna and Twint. 

You can also pay through PayPal if you prefer.

How is my purchase shipped?

Please note that we only offer shipping within Switzerland at this time. 

Salt & Rose offers free shipping on orders over 60 CHF.

All other orders are sent via Standard Post ECO (arrival: 2-3 working days from posting) for 6.90 CHF.

All of our parcels are packaged in FSC® boxes from materials that have been sustainably managed and sourced. We try our best to reduce the amount of plastics that are typically used in shipments.

Our parcels are sent through pro-climate shipping and all of their carbon emissions are fully offset.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship outside of Switzerland at this time but we are looking to offer international shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns for hygienic reasons with the exception of items that arrived damaged or were sent incorrectly.

Damaged or incorrect items:

Email within 48 hours of your parcel’s arrival with your order number, a note about the problem, and multiple photos of the damaged or incorrect item. 

The item must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in its original shipping container.
  • Include proof of purchase.

NOTE: All returns must be confirmed by Salt & Rose before processing.
